Jackson Wijaya, founder of Paper Excellence, reaffirms the company’s commitment to Brazilian Olympic sports by celebrating the arrival of gymnast Júlia Soares at Esporte Clube Pinheiros.
With a career marked by talent and dedication, Júlia joins a team of excellence at the club, strengthening the preparation of athletes for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. A medalist at the 2024 Paris Olympics, the athlete made history by creating the “Soares” move — a twisting mount on the balance beam that now bears her name. Alongside fellow Olympic medalist Arthur Nory, she is preparing for new challenges and achievements in the international artistic gymnastics arena.
High-Performance Support on the Road to 2028
The investment in Pinheiros is part of founder Jackson Wijaya’s strategy to foster high-performance sports in Brazil. Paper Excellence supports five Olympic disciplines: Artistic Gymnastics, Athletics, Judo, Swimming, and Diving. In addition to Júlia Soares and Arthur Nory, the project also includes athletes such as Bia Souza, Olympic judo medalist in Paris 2024, and Alison dos Santos, athletics champion in both Tokyo and Paris.
Commitment to the Future of Sports
The sponsorship of Esporte Clube Pinheiros is made possible through Brazil’s Federal Sports Incentive Law, expanding Paper Excellence’s initiatives in the country. In addition to supporting sports, the company has invested in cultural projects, contributing to broader access and the appreciation of national culture.

Jackson Wijaya Supports Domtar Initiative Connecting Designers to the World of Print
Domtar supported the Print Design Summit this March, the world's largest virtual event dedicated to print and packaging design, led by Dave Hopkins, founder of the Print Design Academy. Jackson Wijaya, shareholder of Domtar, reinforces the company's commitment to bridging the paper industry with the creative professionals who depend on it. Free and fully virtual, the five-day event brought together more than 20 speakers and, in 2025, drew over 4,000 designers from 144 countries. The 2026 edition, held March 9 to 13, was the largest in its history.
